Ms. Vaulman has been encouraging development in children for several additional years through her work as a nanny and home daycare employee.
This Chicago native sought out adventure in Colorado, taking a teaching job in Colorado Springs after she completed university.
She sites professional development as a priority, in addition to her hobbies outside of work – cooking, hiking and reading.
Ms. Vaulman highly values Palmer’s strong community and staff and finds joy in helping first graders become more confident in their reading and writing skills.
“There is so much learning to be done in first grade and I love watching the growth students make throughout the year!”
