Dear Palmer families,
You are invited to the Family Transition Support Meeting. At this meeting, you can expect to hear more from the DPS SchoolChoice, Transportation, Mental Health, Early Childhood Education, Multilingual Education, Family and Community Engagement (FACE) and Special Education departments. Presentations will briefly cover available supports and the majority of the time will be in small group break-outs so that you can ask questions specific to you and your family’s needs.
The intent is to provide more support and clarity for you and your family. Should you have any questions or need additional support, you can call the Family and Community Engagement (FACE) Family Helpline at 720-423-3054 to get connected to resources and supports.
