My name is Caitlyn Ernst, and I am beyond excited to be the program supervisor for the new Little Links program here at Palmer. I am an Iowa native and have been in Colorado for 3 years now. This is my 4th school year with the Extended Learning and Community Schools (ELCS) department. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Cole, and our two kids, Carsen (8) and Carli (2). I also enjoy hiking to waterfalls, painting, playing games with my husband and kids, and making stickers. I love making crafts with our students and finding ways to help them explore their imaginations. As a team we can make this program amazing and help the students learn, grow, and feel cared about each day.
