Ms. Gallagher came to Boulder for graduate school and, like many others, never left. She has volunteered and worked with kids and adults in need since she was a teenager. Coming from a family of educators and policemen, the values of serving others and the community were instilled in Ms. Gallagher from a young age.

The supportive, close-knit feeling at Palmer are appealing to her and she thinks the community and staff are wonderful. Outside of work, Ms. Gallagher loves to hike, camp, ski, practice yoga, continue to explore Denver, and travel when she can.

“I am passionate about the strong link between kids’ social emotional wellness and learning and academic achievement. I love working with kids and families in a supportive and problem solving capacity.”
